Planbank offers choices of loan products. Like Real Estate Mortgage, Salary Loan, Back-to-Back Loan, Credit Line, Fast Cash sa Alahas and Auto Loan.

  • Fast Cash sa Alahas
    ALAHAS mo I-CASH MO na. Fast cash with the new jewelry loan product with only 1% interest rate. All you need to apply is to bring any valid document/ID for the purpose of validation together with the jewelry you want to loan. Easy to apply, just go to the branch nearest you.
  • Auto Loans
    The bank may grant Consumer Loans, to qualified clients for the purchase of consumer
    durable goods specifically brand new cars, Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV’s), Asian Utility Vehicle (AUV’s),
    Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV’s) and trucks
  • Real Estate Mortgage
    A loan with collateral of Real Estate Title
    Can be short term or Long term
    With a reasonable interest rate
  • Back to Back Loan
    Loan transaction wherein the collateral is the clients deposit/savings account

Loan Requirements

General Documents: (Applicable for Borrower and Co-Borrower)

  1. Duly accomplished Loan Application Form (for client only)
  2. Latest 2x2 pictures
  3. Any Two (2) Government Issued ID
  4. Original Proof of Billing
  5. If single, CENOMAR
  6. If married, Marriage Contract PDC's

Basic Documentation Requirements:

  1. INDIVIDUAL
    • If Self-employed:
      • Business Permits (Mayor’s Permit or DTI, etc.)
      • Financial Statements or Income Tax Return (latest 3 years)
      • Existing contract with clients
      • Contract as concessionaire
    • If Employed:
        • Applicable to Borrower and Co-Borrower/s)
        • Certificate of Employment stating the tenure, position and compensation.
        • Photocopy of Company ID
        • Income Tax Return (BIR 2316) or Certificate of Compensating Payment/Tax Withheld (W2)-latest 3 years
        • Statement of Monthly Income & Expenses
        • Bank Statements (for the last three (3) months)
        • Payslip (Latest three (3) months)

       

  2. PARTNERSHIP or CORPORATION
    • Basic Information Report (SEC) - General Information Sheet
    • Articles of Incorporation and By-laws
    • Income Tax Return / Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) years submitted to BIR
    • Bank Statement for the last six (6) months
    • Company/Business profile (history, list of major officers and stockholders, operations, product lines/mix, marketing aspect)
    • Curriculum Vitae of major / key officers
    • List of major clients and suppliers indicating contact persons, address and telephone numbers.
    • Board Resolution / Secretary’s Certificate
